Places to go backpacking in Cuzco

It is believed to have been the royal farm of the Pachacutec Inca. The road to the complex will take you 45 minutes walking and about an hour to climb until you reach the spot.
If you are looking to scape the routine and enjoy the peace of the Sacred Valley, Urubamba is the best choice. To get there, you can take buses that leave from the city, and cost between 6 to 10 soles.
From this point, most of the trains departure to the Inca city of Machu Picchu. To get to Ollantaytambo from Cuzco, you can take the Chinchero or Písac road in a 2 hour journey. There are buses that departure from the Pavitos strip, and have a cost between 10 and 15 soles.

Afterwards, you must define which train you will be travelling in, then, once in Aguas Calientes, you must acquire a bus ticket that will go all the way up to the city entrance.
